• HOW LONG CAN I RENT A GOLF CART?

  3 Hours, 5 Hours & 24 hours with additional days to 24-hour rentals.

• WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO RENT A GOLF CART?

  You must be at least 22 years old to rent a golf cart.

• WHAT IS REQUIRED TO RENT A GOLF CART?

  Renter must be a Minimum of 22 Years Old, must have a Valid Driver’s License, Proof of Insurance and a Valid Credit Card.

• HOW DO I PROVIDE PROOF OF INSURANCE?

  You may provide a physical copy of your Insurance ID Card, via insurance app on your phone or email.

• WHO IN MY PARTY IS ALLOWED TO DRIVE THE GOLF CART?

  Driver must meet ALL minimum requirements as the renter and also listed as an additional driver on the rental agreement.

• WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

  All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your trip’s scheduled departure time. To place a cancellation, please call 1-888-976-0899 or email info@furykeywest.com and refer to the confirmation number at the top of your confirmation document. Failure to place a cancellation at least 24 hours in advance will result in your credit card being charged the full amount of the reserved. No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled within 24 hours of departure, unless reservation refund protection was purchased. Please note that failure to show for the reserved trip without cancellation will result in no refund. If a trip is cancelled by Fury Water Adventures® for any reason, every effort will be made to reschedule the trip during your stay in Key West. If you are unable to reschedule, you will have the option of receiving a voucher for a future trip or receiving a refund.

• WHAT IS RESERVATION REFUND PROTECTION?

  Fury has a 24 hour notice cancellation policy to receive a refund. Guests can purchase Reservation Refund Protection for a 10% fee to be eligible to cancel or transfer tickets up to 1 hour prior to their scheduled departure. All you have to do is email a request to info@furykeywest.com no later than 1 hour in advance of your reservation time.

  Reservation refund protection fees are 100% non-refundable in the event of any cancellation or reservation change.

• WHAT IS THE LOCATION TO RENT THE GOLF CART?

  We are located at 617 Front Street.

• HOW MANY PICK-UP/DROP OFF LOCATIONS DO YOU HAVE?

  One Location – 617 Front Street.

• HOW FAR IS THE GOLF CART RENTAL LOCATION FROM PIER B?

  It is approximately a half mile.

  Approximately a 4 minute car ride or 10 minute walk.

• CAN I HAVE A CAR/CHILD SEAT IN THE CAR? MINIMUM AGE TO BE IN A CAR/CHILD SEAT? DO YOU PROVIDE CAR/CHILD SEATS?

  Yes, car seats are required by law for small children. Requirements are available at:https://www.flhsmv.gov/safety-center/child-safety/safety-belts-child-restraints/. Fury does not provide any booster or car seats.

  We do not provide or install car/child seats. The renter must install the car/child seat – we are not responsible for installing car/child seats.

• WHAT KIND OF GAS IS REQUIRED?

  Gas Golf Carts require regular fuel – 87 Octane.

• IS FUEL INCLUDED WITH MY GAS GOLF CART RENTAL?

  Your golf cart gas tank will be full at the time of pick-up. You may fuel the golf cart yourself at any time during your rental. You will not be charged if you return the gas tank less than full.

• HOW DO I CHARGE MY ELECTRIC GOLF CART RENTAL?

  A 50 ft. power cord will be provided to you in a bag underneath a seat of your electric golf cart rental. Any normal 110v outlet will work to charge your rental. Instructions will be given at the time of pick-up.

• HOW LONG DOES THE CHARGE LAST ON THE ELECTRIC GOLF CART?

  Approximately 25 miles. It is recommended to recharge when the power indicator is going into the yellow range.

• HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FULLY RECHARGE AN ELECTRIC GOLF CART?

  Approximately 8 hours.

• HOW FAST TO THE GOLF CARTS GO?

  Approximately 25mph.

• CAN I TAKE MY GOLF CART RENTAL TO STOCK ISLAND?

  Yes, but with restrictions. You may not go past the CVS on US-1. Clarification can be given at the time of pick-up.

• DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING?

  Yes. All the rules and laws apply the same as to any car on the road.

• CAN I DRIVE MY GOLF CART ON THE BEACH?

  No. All the rules apply the same to you as any other car on the road.

• CAN I HAVE A CAR/CHILD SEAT IN THE CAR?

• WHO DO I CALL IF I HAVE ISSUES (HEADLIGHT OUT, TURN SIGNAL NOT WORKING, CAR WON'T CHARGE, BATTERY ISSUE, ETC.)?

  Please call 305-851-8151. This number will also be listed on the key chain to your Golf Cart Rental.

• IF I WANT TO EXTEND MY GOLF CART RENTAL, HOW DO I?

  You must call or stop by the rental location to confirm availability and extend your rental.

• DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE GOLF CART OR DOES FURY PICK IT UP?

  You must return the golf cart rental on or before the rental return time at 617 Front Street. There are no refunds on early returns. No after hour returns.
